The Cornwall Bicycle Project are the first Limitless Hub in Cornwall providing cycling opportunities for all, regardless of age, impairment and ability. This event celebrates the benefits of cycling in an inclusive way with opportunities for disabled riders and those unable to ride a regular 2-wheeled cycle to fully participate.

Try out our range of adapted cycles - for both children and adults.

Book a 1:1 Session - 10am - 12.30pm

Find the right adaptive cycle for you! If you would prefer a 30 minute, 1:1 session with one of our coaches to try our range of adapted cycles, please 

Drop in and try out! -10am - 1.30pm

Our open try out session - come and explore our range of cycles, chat with our coaches and even test your skills on different bikes with our Skills Track. First come, first served basis.

 

Beat Your Best!

2.30pm - 4.00pm

Beat your Best lap time on our Slalom/Obstacle course, set your PB and collect your certificate.

Join us for a friendly chat with our team of experts and volunteers! We're excited to discuss cycling opportunities with you and offer insights to enhance your cycling experience. Plus, we have a lineup of engaging activities for all ages, and many other organisations joining us including Cornwall Life Recycle (including Bike sale) Mencap, Chaos Radio, Brandon Trust, Coastal Crusaders, British Cycling, Beyond Mobility and more! FAQs

What facilities are there?

Par Track Cafe offer a variety of fresh tasty food and drink with a large car park including accessible parking and toilets. There will also be additional cycle parking area for those arriving by bike.

 

It's got a bit busy and the people/ person I am with are a bit overwhelmed, but we don't wish to leave just yet - what can I do?

We have a quiet area away from main hustle and bustle you are welcome to visit- come back and join us when you're ready. Ask any of our staff to point the way. 

What bikes will I be able to try?

We have many different cycles for you to explore, from handcycles, recumbent, electric assist,  Mountain Trikes and ICE Trikes, Casey will also be bringing her Bowhead RX for people to try.  - have a look at our photos below showcasing some of our fabulous adapted cycles. The cycle area is on running track which is lovely and flat and a great space to practice cycling 

Can I just turn up or do I need to book?

You are most welcome to just turn up, the open session (10:00 - 1:30) is available on a first come first served basis. If you would prefer to book a 30 minute session with one of our coaches use the link above. 

Do I need to be able to ride a bike already?

No, many of our riders who join us weekly start off never having ridden at all before. If you have ridden before, great! Everyone is welcome to come and test yourself on our skills courses or have a go at our Beat Your Best!

 

Will there be someone there to help me?

We have many experienced and understanding coaches and volunteers for you to chat to on the day. Look out for the Limitless T-shirts or 'The Cornwall Bicycle Project' Hi-Viz wearers.  

 

Do I have to be a confident rider to come along?

No, not at all, if you've never ridden or had the opportunity to now's your chance!

There is easy access via public transport with near by bus stop

and next to Par train station.

We will strive to provide even more accessible and tailored cycling opportunities, ensuring that everyone, regardless of their mobility challenges, can enjoy the track, the thrill of the open road or the serenity of a scenic trail. Our adaptive cycling program will not only foster a sense of belonging and camaraderie but also promote fitness, self-confidence, and a renewed zest for life.

With dedicated instructors, adaptive equipment, and a welcoming community, we are poised to embark on this adventure together. As we continue with adaptive cycling, we invite individuals of all backgrounds to join us in shaping a brighter, more inclusive future. Together, we will pedal towards new horizons, celebrating the remarkable potential within each of us, and proving that the road to empowerment knows no boundaries.

WALK & RIDE

We invite you to join us for our weekly sessions of Walk & Ride—an enjoyable combination of walking, cycling, and friendly conversations! This program is specifically designed for individuals who may have been away from cycling for some time and are eager to rebuild confidence, improve balance, and relish the social aspect of being active, all while getting fit. Our sessions are tailored to your individual pace, allowing you to go at your own speed and engage as much or as little as you feel comfortable with. Our team of qualified coaches will be there to provide continuous support and guidance, ensuring you have a safe and enjoyable experience. After the activity, we also offer the opportunity to unwind and socialize over refreshments at the cafe. It's a great chance to connect with fellow participants, share experiences, and build lasting friendships. RACING

We are thrilled to announce a range of exciting racing opportunities for adapted cycling, open to participants of all abilities. Our goal is to provide an inclusive and competitive platform where individuals with diverse needs can showcase their talents and love for cycling. Today was a very special day!

We are excited and proud to become a British Cycling Limitless Focus Club, we can now start to provide inclusive opportunities for disabled people to thrive in cycling. Working in collaboration with local and national organisations to make cycling more inclusive and enabling more people to access the many benefits that riding a bike can bring. Our hub will be based @partrackltd where there is disabled parking and accessible facilities including a fantastic cafe. The hub is also easily accessible by train.

Weekly sessions at Pat Track on Wednesdays: Learn 2 Ride, Walk Ride, confidence sessions, cycling skilks, Sessions tailored for individuals and groups to come Ride our adaptive bikes.
