We’re starting a cycling blog!
We spend a LOT of time talking about bikes (probably more than is considered normal), so we thought it was about time we put some of that knowledge, experience and enthusiasm into a blog!
Over the coming weeks, we’ll be sharing useful, down-to-earth articles covering all things cycling — whether you’re a regular rider, getting back on a bike after years away, supporting someone to learn, or wondering whether cycling could work for you.
We’ll be chatting about everything from the physical and mental health benefits of cycling to confidence, wellbeing, inclusive and adapted cycling, learning to ride, getting outdoors and finding ways to make cycling accessible to more people.
Our first blogs will answer:
What are the benefits of cycling?
Is cycling good for your mental health?
Is cycling good for weight loss?
How can group cycling help you meet new people?
How can cycling improve your sleep and energy?
And we’ve got plenty more planned!
We want our blog to be useful, honest and accessible — no need for Lycra, expensive bikes or hundreds of miles under your belt! Cycling can look different for everyone, and that’s something we’re passionate about.
From two wheels to three (or sometimes four!), adapted cycles to e-bikes, complete beginners to confident riders — if it gets you moving and enjoying cycling, it counts.
🚲 Welcome to The Cornwall Bicycle Project cycling blog!

Keep an eye out for our first articles — and if there’s a cycling question you’d love us to answer in a future blog, drop it in the comments. 👇
