Ladies MTB sessions FEMALE ONLY SESSIONS (18 Yrs+) Come and learn the fundamentals of Mountain Biking - covering the core skills and techniques to be able to ride with confidence and control. Coached by women for women in a safe and supportive space. From beginners to intermediate Woody's Bike Park Beginners - Intermediate 1300 -1500 - £20 pp Bike loan available Relaxed, fun and social atmosphere Riders will need - A suitable mountain bike (bike loan available) and be fairly confident pedalling. - Helmet & Gloves are required and Pads if you have them (some available to loan if not). - Something to drink
